The construction of project is divided into three phases. Phase I covering an area of 100 acres is mainly used as a production and research and development base, with an annual production capacity of 3,000 various types vehicles, with an annual estimated output value of RMB 2.15 billion, and an estimated annual profit and tax of RMB 300 million. Phase II covering an expected area of 500 acres intends to use as a production base mainly, with an annual production capacity of 15,000 various types vehicles, and the output value can reach RMB 15 billion and the annual expected profit and tax of RMB 2 billion after completion of construction.
